Sedona Bliss and Upheaval

Sedona workshop with Chopra Center's Synchrodestiny:

As I stepped out of my car at the airport parking lot I heard John Denver singing loud and clear from overhead speakers: "You fill up my senses." At the airport I see one of Mary Lou Slaughter's baskets on display. (I brought a basket I had made years ago with me. This time place is about synchronistic weaving of tapestry.) Getting ready to board the plane I look up and full moon is shining down from window. Friends with me Sedona bound.

It's winter here and I brought summer clothing -- some blue sky today. We huddle in blankets from our rooms.

I had a hellish experience yesterday that I shared with David Ji. I will not talk about it here to empower those forces.

Primordial sound meditation is powerful taking me higher into deeper bliss. Now I need the tools to ground my body and to protect myself from invasive forces that feel like spells and curses. I received the sound vibration that was moving at the time of my birth. Did I come in with these shadows? Something intense shifts in me and I feel more focused in doing this healing work. I will be doing more meditation in my daily life -- an intention set -- to assist with this clearing of dark entities.

I heard once again that this is all an illusion. I'd like some clarification as to what "this" is? Ego reality yes. But matter and Earth is not an illusion. I feel like a warrior about that today. I stand my ground from a mountain top saying Earth is Sacred and very real. My personal Earth is sacred and real. Mother Earth is sacred and real. Now let's move forward in healing the systems that support life by clearing out the negative forces.
